Surgery Date 7/11/2016 Potein Shakes and Popsicles
protein shakes are all really subjective. I have personally liked the Quest brand shakes. You can get the powder online or at GNC. They also sell single serve packs so you can try the different flavors.
Unfortunately, I was never able to find a sugar free Popsicle readily available in my area, so I just did without them. If you have trouble finding them, you could always freeze some crystal light or other calorie free drinks.
congrats on the surgery date!
Sugar free Popsicles ( tropical are my faves ) but any are great... And premier protein shakes are life savers for me, 2 weeks out .

you should be able to have any type of sugar free popsicle. I ate them all the time after surgery (still do occasionally if I have a sugar craving at night).
and the person above is right - protein shakes are very subjective. I personally like Syntrax and Unjury products - but everyone is different. Also, your taste in shakes can change after surgery. I'd just get a bunch of samples and see which ones you like. That way you're not stuck with a big 2 lb tub of something you hate. The stuff is not cheap!
Unjury has them on their Web site (they have a "starter kit" that includes a blender bottle and kitchen thermometer along with single-serving packets - or you can scroll down and just order a bunch of packets):

You can get Syntrax samples from several places. I got mine directly from Syntrax - but here's a thread that names more places where yu can get them:

those are the only two companies I ordered samples from because I'd heard a lot of positive things about their products - but it seems I've seen samples from different vendors at Vitamin Shoppe. Places like GNC may carry samples as well.
