What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Nice! We don't usually harvest until late June/early July. My husband actually split a couple of the hives this year so we're up to 8. They're scattered all over the property. LOL
I just added your directions to my ever growing list of WLS friendly recipes. Fingers crossed!
Ugh, Nausea is back today.
Good thing my favorite smell is cinnamon because I will most likely be chewing cinnamon gum all day it seems to help the nausea.
Did my five month measurements and weigh-in this morning for my book and it was a little slower of a month but still progress, however then came to work and cleared up some stomach issues and now I'm debating whether I should remeasure tonight to see if my stomach was holding onto some weight and size or maybe not and maybe I'll have better month next month. Decisions, decisions..

Good morning, well for me it's already afternoon, I woke up at 12:30 a.m. and never got back to sleep. Not such a happy camper today. This was the 6th night in a row I've had less than 5 hours sleep, it's never been this bad before. I did get in my workout at 4:30 this morning when I finally gave up on the idea of sleeping.
QOTD: Cinnamon, vanilla, Armani Code body lotion (not the eau de toilette or perfume, too strong), and nothing like walking into a house and smeling bread baking or tomato sauce (with lots of garlic) cooking.
Time since surgery: almost 13 months
B: Slice of tomato, spinach, garlic pizza at 4:15 this morning, could barely think of anything else once I saw hubby's leftovers. Muscle Milk 100
L: Mixed greens, turkey, cheddar cheese, homemade vinaigrette
D: Steak and a vegetable
S: ? I have a yogurt here in the fridge, but I really could care less if I ever eat yogurt again. Oh boy, I can't even stand listening to myself thinking so *****y! Gotta get some sleep!
I've been having trouble sleeping, too. I'm in bed by 10:30 but I've been waking up about 2, and then kinda tossing and turning, so from 2 to 5 is broken sleep. I'm getting about 6.5 hours a night but it's not good sleep. I'm thinking about trying to take some Melatonin before bed hoping it will keep me sleeping. Have you tried that before? I have some, but haven't taken any in a long while. My doc recommended it when I was having trouble sleeping after I had my youngest.
