Karen I keep telling myself, this is me. Surgeon only took off 5 ½ lbs between the 2 surgeries. This was me He just uncovered it.

Good morning everyone! I have to brag on my cauliflower crusted pizza last night.  It was delicious.  My 16 year old picky son even ate it.  

QOTD-I love the smell of fresh cut hay, honey suckles and diesel fuel. And I love to smell the honey when we collect it out of the hives.

B- Premier Protein Shake 

L-Grilled chicken and small veggie

D-Smothered Chicken

Share you secrets/recipe of the cauli pizza please. There are a million of them out there on wild world web.... I have tried it, and I liked it, but seemed like a lot of work and not really that healthy with all the cheese in the crust.

Boil your cauliflower florets for about 4 minutes ( not too soft).  Take them off and drain excess water.  Food processor the cauliflower until it looks like rice.  Microwave the "rice" for 5 minutes.  In a large mixing bowl add 4 eggs, 3 tsp. Oregano, salt and pepper,  1.5 cups of mozzarella and the Rice. Mix all together and spread out on a sprayed baking sheet.  Bake 450 for 25 minutes.  After you have cooked it you can add any toppings and top with the cheese of yor choice.  Put bacl in the ovening until the top cheese is melted.

 

I cut the cheese in half from what the original recipe called for.

We do.  We have three hives that stay beside of our garden.  Next weekend we will be robbing them.  I CAN NOT wait.
