Good morning! Having a good week so far back at work. Still digging out from all the emails and paperwork, but same old, same old otherwise. The funeral in Haiti isn't until next Friday now, so that's good. Another week of advancing the diet for me, should make it simpler while I'm there.

I'm with Melissa, the top of a baby's head, especially after a bath is a beautiful smell. I also love the smell of anything honey. And lemon and sugar. There's a perfume at Sephora that's lemon/sugar that I am dying to get, but it's $90 for a bottle, so I may literally die before I spend that much on perfume.

If is sugar brand- try some of the e-tailers out there like luna bleu- link below- they have retail scents but have broken down the notes and recreated them-  I have a lemon pound cake that is so amazing my boss thought someone had made fresh cake and I had to tell her it was me@!

Good Morning All! AV I knew that outfit was going to be Khaki/Black when you said you were rockin' it! Hahhahaha

So my saga of the Dress. Remember my 'The Dress' post about a month ago for my niece's wedding. The dress post pre-surgery? Ya, even though I am not any heavier, actually lighter since I bought it that baby is giving me trouble. It can zip under duress but eating and breathing would be optional that day. How can I be swollen in my ribcage? The back of the dress is low and doesn't nearly come up to where the new work is...LOL.  Sooooo my SIL kindly had made a preemptive emergency seamstress appt. for me, which I decided to use rather than stress about it. This woman was amazing... a real artist. She made my SIL dress from scratch. Anywhoo... her plan, which I can't believe I said yes to and is going to take me WAYYYYYYY out of my comfort zone. She didn't want to cut the dress, as the swelling is temporary...

OK- It will only zip to my waist, and then she will tack under the upper portion of the zip area so it makes a deep V all the way to my waist. YIKES! Then she is going to put some of those loop grommets on so I can have that criss cross  ribbon down the back look- Corset I think they call it. That way the dress can be as tight or loose as I need it that day. She is also sewing the chiffon wrap, so the knotted part is permanent, like a capelet almost, so it won't go anywhere in the church when I have to go to the front to read the scriptures. I can just take it off over my head at the reception. All this for $40.

Decided to stay an extra night at the Hotel, so off I go tomorrow....Even though it is only an hour away, decided to do the wedding block because I would be hauling my butt back and forth four days in a row for all the activities, family gatherings etc..

Menus will be so iffy this week...

B: Pineapple Dijon Chicken

B: Protein drink. TBD

L: Cottage cheese, strawberries

S: Power Crunch

D: Pineapple Dijon Chicken

S: PB on a spoon? hahaha or Premier protein hot.
