What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Morning AV. I apologize for my crabby post yesterday, boy did I have major hormone issues going on. I am ready to stop having to deal with these damn hormones, but then I know that opens up a whole new can of worms.
QOTD: I love the smell of a fresh can of coffee just opened. or a fresh pot brewing when I come downstairs in the morning. I also love the smell of newborn baby, not the poopy kind, but the just had a bath and is snuggled. Aaah, I miss that smell so much.
My 2 year old is really pushing boundaries now. He's in a toddler bed now and has learned how to open the bedroom doors so I had to take him back up to bed 4 times last night. The last time I sat next to his bed and rubbed his back and sang to him until he was asleep. It was frustrating and precious at the same time. I love that little boy. Here he is when he was "cooking me dinner" the other night. Apparently it was "too hot" and we had to wait for it to cool down before we could eat the plastic chicken and corn.

B: 1/2 a scoop of Quest Banana Cream protein in 8oz of unsweetened almond milk after the gym. then 1 egg, 1oz turkey sausage and 1 slice of velveeta and coffee with cream and splenda (I haven't even had a sip yet, have to wait 20 more minutes to drink it, gah!)
L: 3oz chicken breast with 1oz pinto beans and 1oz fat free mozzarella cheese on half a light flat out wrap
D: 4oz chicken breast cooked in the healthy low fat mushroom soup. I have a meeting for my son's trip to Ecuador tonight and she's ordering pizza for everyone, so I will take my own food because I can't afford pizza this week.
S: Light and Fit greek and maybe a protein shake tonight. I'm liking this Quest Banana Cream.

I ran 2 miles last night and I hit the gym this morning. I'm feeling so much better after my 2 day meltdown, let's hope it lasts. Therapy next Monday.
Edited to adjust my numbers by adding in the stats for the evening protein drink.
OMG, that face! It's a good thing they're so stinkin' cute when they misbehave, right? LOL
I have no poker face AT ALL and you can absolutely tell what I'm thinking by my facial expressions and my son is the exact same way. It's hilarious.
