I am going to ask you the same question I asked Stacy, since you are a runner
I would like to try and start running regularly, it was fun doing that 5k, and now I know I am capable of running.
So how do I go about starting without killing myself? My legs are so sore still, and I feel like I have huge knots in the back of my thighs! lol
