What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning! I have to say, I did pretty damn well sticking to my menu yesterday. AND I took all of my vitamins AND got in all my water. Yay me! Although, I ate my dinner at 6pm, which is kind of early for me. For the rest of the night I was fixated on snacking. I thought I was starving. LOL Then my husband ate like a half a bag of pretzels and three Nutty Buddies in front of me. I hated him and the sound of all the crunching made me want to kill him, but I didn't give in. Here's to a 2-day streak!
Today is food day for May birthdays, of which I am the only one. LOL In addition to the usual suspects like brownies and chips and cake, my buddy brought in ****tail shrimp for me. As a result I changed my menu around, and also dinner is dependent on me getting to the store, so cross your fingers!
QOTD! Best birthday ever? When I turned 24, my friends threw me a surprise party, which was pretty damn cool. I was totally confused and really didn't think the party was for me for like an hour. Now, my birthdays are pretty low key, which is fine because I'm an old lady. Maybe I'm too low key though, because Matt has forgotten my birthday 4 times in the last 8 years. LMAO Jerk.

Good morning, Everyone! Hey, good job sticking to the plan, yesterday, Kristen! And good job not murdering your husband, because after 2 Nutty Buddies, I think you had a solid self defense case!
QOTD: I grew up in a religion that didn't celebrate birthdays, so as an adult I am ALL OVER IT! It's not that my parents didn't celebrate it at all, but there was always guilt because it wasn't really sanctioned. Poor Grim is already on notice that the entire month of August is for celebrating me. I am the opposite of low-key ;)
B: Fit Frappe Mocha with .5 c Fat Free Milk and 1 egg with cheese
S: 8 oz Noosa Raspberry Greek Yogurt

Juniper,
That is called birthday palooza at our house. Everyone knows they must palooz me all of September.
