Feeling like a mouse, what is your favorite low carb snack?

Well it's 5g of protein for every 3tbsp of liquid eggs which happens to also be only 25 calories whereas a regular egg is 70 calories and 6-7g protein, so I guess it's more of me figuring my foods for the day and reaching those high protein goals while staying in the lower calorie range as much as possible. I do eat regular eggs still, too.
Pork rinds with tuna, carbmaster yogurt, triple zero yogurt, 1/2 protein bar, shrimp, any meat I have around- sometimes I have meat for my snack before I go to bed.
I don't have a lot of cheese- just those frigo cheese snacks- only every other day- 70 calories is precious to me so I need the most bang from your buck.
