God, those biceps when he was trying to hold the helicopter in place.  They should not be legal as they are a lethal weapon to women.  At least to me!

Yay on the scale victory! I am a NYer and an occasional bagel is part of my plan. I allow pizza and a bagel up to once per month...LOL....in my mind anyway..... Not that I go looking for it, but if it happens I try and take it in stride. My church has food once a month after service, and there are always bagels. I usually have some(hopefully only a half)  then.

before surgery a bagel with cream cheese was my breakfast every morning.  Everything bagel, oh I love them so much.  I did only eat half of it, and left the other half in the car while I grocery shopped. But it was sitting there staring at me when I got out of the store and I had to eat the other half. I don't think it would be horrible if the rest of my weekend wasn't complete **** and I only had half of one, lol.

Ok, I'm with you on fudging the numbers! We used to do activity challenges where I used to work and the same people would manually log like 50,000 steps every day. Doubt it! It didn't really matter, but it was still super annoying!

I'm worth it!

seriously, how can you be fit enough to run half marathon length runs and then lose 7% of your weight in a month?  That's just not healthy even if it is possible.

Good Morning!

I am trying to start this week off right. I will admit I am in a bit of a panic with all the items on my calendar (both at home and work) for the next month. I am grateful to have so many things to balance and I don't know how all you parents with more than one child fit it all in-you have my respect.  Today Em starts her two weeks of "Life Lessons" so I am sure homework will be fun topics.

My eating has been a little slippery lately as well, so I need to refocus too and there is no day like today! You got this girl!

QOTD: I use Crest Complete, it's a keeper.

Time since surgery: 21 months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, slice of bacon

L: Sweet and spicy tuna packet, light flat out bread, carrots and a string cheese

S: SF latte, Toasted coconut L&F Greek yogurt, pork rinds and beef jerky

D: Pure protein banana cream shake and a boiled egg

E: 45 min stepper and elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1000 Protein:135 Carbs:76 Fat: 18 (yikes, that's a bit low!)

Have a great one!
