What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Yay on the scale victory! I am a NYer and an occasional bagel is part of my plan. I allow pizza and a bagel up to once per month...LOL....in my mind anyway..... Not that I go looking for it, but if it happens I try and take it in stride. My church has food once a month after service, and there are always bagels. I usually have some(hopefully only a half) then.

before surgery a bagel with cream cheese was my breakfast every morning. Everything bagel, oh I love them so much. I did only eat half of it, and left the other half in the car while I grocery shopped. But it was sitting there staring at me when I got out of the store and I had to eat the other half. I don't think it would be horrible if the rest of my weekend wasn't complete **** and I only had half of one, lol.
Good Morning!
I am trying to start this week off right. I will admit I am in a bit of a panic with all the items on my calendar (both at home and work) for the next month. I am grateful to have so many things to balance and I don't know how all you parents with more than one child fit it all in-you have my respect. Today Em starts her two weeks of "Life Lessons" so I am sure homework will be fun topics.
My eating has been a little slippery lately as well, so I need to refocus too and there is no day like today! You got this girl!
