100% the coffee hides the "taste & texture" of it, you will never know its even there. I have also mixed it into my water & SF cranberry water that I drink a lot, also can't taste it or see it.. But I would not do straigh****er, nope.

You are going to laugh, I didn't 'waste' any time, just finished my laced cup of joe. WAYYYYY BETTTTER! Milk, SF Irish cream toarani-type syrup, miralax, coffee= yumm. Hahahahaha....

Now onto this SF Cranberry water....DO use use the unsweetened cranberry juice or something that has artificial sweetners like Diet ocean spray?

I would say, personally, that Miralax is sooo much better!! 1 cap full a night and I am good to ....go! HAHAH See what I did there???

During a period when I was anemic and taking high doses of iron I was taking those stool softeners for constipation - but they weren't helping. A nurse told me to switch to Miralax. She said stool softeners were really only for hard stools - she said they would not help move your bowels. I switched and guess what - she was absolutely correct!

How do you like the banana? I like the chocolate fine, the strawberry was meh.

I like the banana one! It's pretty mild on its own in terms of flavor, but I've been experimenting with the Magic Bullet and adding amaretto or SF caramel syrup to it with some ice. I did not care for the strawberry, either, but my son drank them all anyway. LOL

I used it to make Banana pudding this week. 1 premier bananas and cream plus enough milk to make 2 cups, 1 box banana cream SF Jello pudding and some extra unflavored protein powder. Yumm Yumm

I hope they bring the banana flavour to Canada so far all I ever see is Chocolate 100% of the time, vanilla some of the time and have never seen Strawberry and who knows if they will ever bring the Banana one here! Your pudding idea sounds awesome!!!!
