What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
I had a terrible eating week too, AV...you weren't the only one. But according to my FitBit, I was WAY more active, and that somehow rewarded me with a small weight loss. I do not want to start eating badly, though.
QOTD: Crest 3D White. Always and forever.
B: iMetabolic protein shake
L: tomato red pepper soup with protein powder
S: Cherry sugar free Greek yogurt
D: grilled hot dog with sugar free ketchup
Have the best Monday you can!

I have my first appointment with a new therapist this afternoon. I am hoping to work on my "food issues", which before surgery I was so in DENIAL about it wasnt even funny. So I hope that goes well.
Then Hannah has another softball game, so lots of running around after work tonight.
