What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Hello Monday! :P
This weekend was full to the brim with out of town guest, company over for grilling Sunday, kiddo home from college for the summer, other kiddo on a school trip, and general mayhem. Super busy and fun. FINALLY broke my stall of 3 weeks and got down 2 more pounds. Now have officially lost 101 pounds! Super happy to be in the Hundred Gone club. Having a weird symptom thingy but will post that on the main board to see if any of you have had similar.

I am late for a very important date!! I had my LATE 6 month appt with my doctor today on my Birthday of all days!! I am normal BMI and he says that if I would like to lose another 10 lbs that would be fine but if I can maintain where I am that is cool too.
Some how I lost 5 lbs last week. I ate like crap yesterday, not used to having food in the house. My DS is home from college so I made FOOD. Huge mistake!! Anyhow today is another day!!
I am gonna have that damn mini cupcake for my Birthday tnt!!
Yesterday would rather not log lol but thank goodness we all have new days.
Have a great rest of the day everyone!!
Hi everyone! I am posting even later than usual today, but thought I had better not blow it off for my own accountability. It was a nice, quiet weekend, which is the very best kind. Rained most of the weekend too, which gave me an excuse to hang around home and putter about. I had a bunch of boxes in my basement that have been there, untouched, since I moved in 8 years ago. I've been wanting to address them, but dreaded lugging them up the stairs. So, I hired a couple of high school football players to carry them from the basement to my garage, where I can go through them at leisure and discard what I don't want. Best money I've spent in a long time! I also planted two more tomato plants, basil and golden beets, and most of my pots with flowers. I'm feeling pretty on top of things right now, which will last until I see that pile of boxes in my garage.
Tomorrow I have tickets to see The Who. I am very excited, and have had the tickets for 1-1/2 years. They went on sale a year in advance (!), and then the concert was postponed because Roger Daltrey had viral meningitis. Fingers crossed that everyone stays healthy for the next 36 hours.
Time Since Surgery: 19 months
B: Egg Beaters, mozzarella and bacon omelette
S: Ellenos mango and strawberry greek yogurt
L: White bean chicken chili (I made it yesterday with twice the chicken)
S: Deli roast beef, cherries
D: 4 oz coconut curry marinated chicken breast
Totals: Calories 772, Carbs 67 (darned cherries), protein 80
Have a great day everyone!

I forgot to respond to the QOTD. I, too, am an Optic White user. I also have a prescription fluoride tooth paste that I use at night, because we don't have fluoride in our water in Portland. Don't ask why. It makes me crazy.
