What ya eatin' today RNY'ers Saturday edition

I used to like vanilla with m&M's or fudge brownie etc...

i like yasso cookie dough bars now- but try not to eat too often even if they are 100 calories

Today was busy- went to moms and then to Michaels craft store for jewelry supplies, then went out shopping with an old friend, then saw my dad and stepmom and then finally home. Found an indian grocery store today so that was fun= got the stuff for dal, chicken curry, butter chicken etc. was very exciting

B: 1/2 gnc advanced protein, decaf coffee

S: 1/2 gnc advances bar

L: 6 grilled nuggets - chick fil a

S: 1/2 gnc bar

D: tuna, 1/2 tbl mayo, mustard, 1/2 serving of pork rinds

S: 6 cashews

My eyes popped out at "6 cashews" does this not make you angry and want more? LOL I know I'm pre-op and you're post op and that is definitely the difference. Teehee.

Late entry but yesterday I ate:

BCoffee with premier protein shake

S quest bar

L a rotiserrie chicken leg

D 1/2 chicken breast patty and a few bites of steamed zucchini
