What ya eatin' today RNY'ers Saturday edition
QOTD: I am a vanilla girl....cause I do like my hot fudge or strawberries or whatever toppings... occasionally a butternut crunch or something, like a clean slate for the toppings :) OK for all you chocolate chip cookie Dough fans haul your butt over to the Blog Chocolate Covered Katie and make her Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip, I use mini chips and Brown Sugar Truvia.... You have to go there to find the secret healthy ingredient it is made from. It is sooooo goood, and so I won't eat it all I roll it up into little balls and freeze. Yummm, yummm...
I had support group this AM, so didn't make it on here early, although I was up at 6- What's with that? Love this support group, small and we have it at a local Panera every other Saturday Morning in their community room over a cup of coffee....lots of laughs.
So most of you know I had surgery less than 2 weeks ago, the Doc said I could get another bra besides the one he gave me.... just not underwire. That sounds easy. right? NOT! Total meltdown yesterday at Kohls and Marshalls between allergies kicking my butt and bra shopping. This is why I love this surgeon, He doesn't mind if he gets a 911 email over bra shopping, "I need to understand the dynamics of what I am looking for so I don't ruin your wonderful work" basically was the gist of it.... He answered it all in stride this morning. His wife must be saint too..."Honey, what are you doing?" Dr. M: "Oh just answering Cynthia's email she wants to know what bra to buy" Hahahaha...lovely Saturday Morning.
B: Premier Protein
L: 1/4 Panera Cobb salad, few spoons of Corn Chowder, 1/4 WW roll
S: other 1/4 of the cobb salad at home w/10g unflavored protein powder sprinkled on, rest of roll and butter (yup I did. and it was good)
S: Frappachino protein drink (Homemade)
D: One of the girls at Support group her church is having a Murder Mystery dinner/chinese auction.... I decided to go. Figure Meatballs and salad
S: only if I think I didn't get enough protein.
E: 20 min of and exercise video, no upper body(ie. surgery)

I'm late to the party today. I had a piece of toast for breakfast and feel so guilty, I KNOW BETTER. I'll be happy when CAMAW gets here.
I get to go to a four year old's birthday today, lucky me. I love her momma, though so I'm going. Got a great deal on a bunch of princess dresses from the Disney store so I'll be armed with presents. I'M NOT HAVING CAKE!
QOTD: Mint chocolate chip, hands down.
B: Toast with butter (ARGH)
L: 1/2 cup of chili
S: small piece of pineapple (I am NOT doing well today)
D: no idea, I may skip it.
