I figured I'd post since I've been MIA all week. damn work... Expecting me to earn my keep lol! I went out an ran today, 3.5 miles. Showered. Painted my toes, ran to WW to weigh in but skipped the meeting. Have a full day today, to include a little clothes shopping, groceries etc.
QOTD: since it's a nice day here (so far) what's your favorite flavor of ice cream? I'm not a huge ice cream fan, but my go to is chocolate chip cookie dough-- and I mainly eat the bits of dough :-)

m2 egg beaters, turkey sausage crumbles, 1/4 of a Belgian waffle

m4: quesadillas, no tortilla for me

QOTD: I like plain ole vanilla. If I go to Baskin Robbins, I like their Strawberry Cheesecake flavor or their Birthday Cake flavor.
Yesterday I ate: Protein shake, Muscle Tech Mission 1 Protein bar, string cheese sticks, chili and an Atkin's snack bar. Today will probably be similar.

Good morning Peach! My favorite ice cream is chip and mint. Mmm. I've already went and picked my van up from the shop and hubby washed and vacuumed it. Retrieving kids from basketball lessons now, then to the grocery, planning to grill this afternoon and maybe have a bonfire. It's cold here today compared to what it has been--about 50 now
B- protein shake
S- 1/2 c cottage cheese
L- ricotta bake
S- 1/2 avocado smashed
D- some kind of soup
cals have been around 600 everyday, working to get protein in, but that's difficult

Morning Peach! It's beautiful here today too so not sure what the plan is other than my hair appt this afternoon. I do have a few returns I need to make today so gotta get that done.
QOTD: Rocky road used to be my fav. Ice cream (I have eaten Arctic zero) doesn't sound all that appetizing to me anymore.
Plan for the day: B: latte, eggbeaters, cheese and a slice of bacon L: most likely chicken since I'll be out running errands if not I'll eat a sweet and spicy tuna packet with carrots and string cheese S: latte, yogurt, jerky and pork rinds D: I'll be at my hair appt so either a protein bar or light and fit protein smoothie. Totals will be in range, water and vits on track and got my 6 miles in this morning.

Today is officially my last supper before surgery Monday morning. I can have one scrambled egg tomorrow, followed by clear liquids and the dreaded "prep" starting at noon. The temptation to splurge and go nuts is crazy, but I'm handling it well so far. I've decided it'll be easier tomorrow if I avoid any roughage today. I can eat low residue meals, which are basically pure carbs, or all protein without veggies, so it's an all protein day for me.
Breakfast - Syntrax Chocolate Truffle with Fairlife Milk
Lunch - Hamburger Patty
Snack - Light n Fit Greek Cherry
Dinner - Pork Tenderloin Medallions
QOTD - I'm a Chocolate Extreme kinda girl -something chocolate based with things like brownie bits, chocolate chunks and candy pieces.

Congrats--you'll do great! Like Cynthia said--I'm 4'11", too! Your end goal is exactly where I am at, right now :) I feel pretty great at 115 and I am sure you will, too!
