Stalls

It am hating this stall. It's been almost 3 weeks, and I haven't lost any weight. Here's hoping for a change! I am not complaining as I lost ALOT the first month...but only about 6 lbs since.
How long do stalls usually last??? I am not going outside of my no sugar, little carbs diet...??!!

I am not counting exacts......but, I do a Premier protein shake in the am-which, is 30g protein, and I only do protein at lunch and dinner with a veggie. I don't do snacks....or rarely. I don't do sugar, and very very low carbs if any. I drink at least 70 oz + of water per day. Since I have to take an iron supplement, I am on benefiber--which keeps me regular.
I have lost 51 lbs since my surgery, and most of that was the 1st month (Like more than 40 lbs). I guess in the grand scheme of things, I can't complain, but I want to see some action on the scale. Ugh.
OK, ok, I am done whining.

Bodies will take some time to adjust to a big FAST weight loss sometimes, when they stabilize...they will be ready to lose again.
Stalls last varied amts of time from days to weeks. So important to keep your eye on the prize and stay on plan...especially when its frustrating and you aren't seeing that scale move. low/ No sugar, low carb, high protein with some activity (keep in mind you are still healing--nothing crazy)
and it will surely pass.
