Something Visual for Me

I know the scale isn't everything, but it is an important measurement.  I'm a very visual person and I thought I'd make something that would help me visualize how far i've come with losing every pound.

I also think it is a mental thing.  1 marble doesn't seem too hard.  There doesn't seem to be a lot of marbles in the jar.  Plus, if I end up gaining weight, I'd have to take some out of the "Pounds Lost" jar .

We shall see how it works for me .

One thing that has helped me is to write down  NSVs. Sometimes looking how far I had to go weight wise would stress me out.
