Morning AV and my favorite internet peeps. Feeling pumped again this morning, it seems to be the case when I hit the gym. I was ravenous when I got home this morning so I made a huge breakfast with 2 eggs instead of 1! I'm stuffed to the gills, but man it was so good. I cooked mushrooms, onions and tomatoes with my turkey sausage and then scrambled in two eggs. Topped that with a slice of velveeta and it was like 260 calories just for that, which is high for my breakfast, but I think I needed it today.

You guys, I've been looking for pictures of me doing outdoor activities. I'm still the person behind the camera, even though I'm not really hiding now. It's just always been me taking pics of everyone else. I'm sure I'll have more pics of outdoor activities this summer. I did scrape up a pic of me at the beach last summer. This is less than one year ago and it blows my mind, I think it was mid-July 2015.

Please don't tell my hubby that I posted a pic of him shirtless online, LOL! 

 

This one is my youngest Kaladin and his beautiful cousin Mackenzie. This girl is growing into such a young lady. I was worried about her when she was a bit younger because she was a little wild, but she is awesome with Kal and smart, athletic and just beautiful.

Okay, on to my plan for the day:

9.5 months since surgery

B: 2 eggs, 1.5oz turkey sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese (omg, it was sooo good) and coffee with cream and sugar

L: albacore with a bit of mayo

D: corned beef and cabbage in my slow cooker

S: I was all out of yogurt cups so I am having 5oz of plain light and fit greek with a dash of SF Torani Raspberry syrup. It's pretty tasty.

Totals:

calories 746 protein 76 carbs 19 fat 41

I will likely have a snack this evening but I'll keep it to something protein forward.

I have housework to attend to this weekend, and my hubby mentioned that he wants to see Captain America: Civil War, so maybe we'll go to the first showing on Sunday morning if I can get someone to watch my little guy.

Beautiful kiddos!

The pictures of me at the beach in the Dominican Republic are some of the reasons I had surgery. But I love the ocean and I'm excited to go back with a little more confidence this year.

BTW I did my push ups for 2 days in a row! And since I did yesterday's later in the day, and today's this morning, I did 100 in under 12 hours. The last 20 were probably bad form--I was shaky!!

My pic was "just" at Lake Michigan, but honestly, it is one of the most beautiful fresh water beaches in the world.  It's only a 3.5 hour drive and I'm hoping to go for at least one weekend this summer.  

I pumped mine out yesterday later in the day as well, I had to beg my kiddo not to climb on my back.  He only weighs 30lbs, but damn.

I did mine this morning, plus some.  My trainer posted a video of me doing "tire" flips at the gym this morning, and I wish I had a way to link that here.  It was a seriously intense workout this morning.
