I have a CRAZY BUSY weekend.  Tonight I have to go to BJ's and the market to get regular groceries and all the stuff for Parker's birthday party.   Saturday morning I have a 5k "fun run" for Parker's new school.  Then I have to bring Hannah to her away softball game, then straight to a birthday party, THEN home to start prepping and cooking for Parker's party on sunday.  Then Sunday morning will be more cooking and prepping, cleaning, setting up, and Parker's birthday party!  Busy busy

QOTD: No power, I would just get our camping lamps out and knit.  Sounds like a great time to me!!

M5: Portobella mushroom pepperoni "pizza" cooked on the grill

Totals:  Cals: 840  Protein: 114  Carbs: 36  Fat: 29

Outdoor activities.....uummm it has basically been winter here up until yesterday when it was like 78! HAHA  I don't know if I have any outdoor pics you haven't seen already.

I actually hit GOAL last week, then shark week started and I "gained" 5 lbs!  ugh

Booooo... can't sweat it...you have to let your rational mind kick in, not your bariatric brain and tell yourself "It is only temporary"....said from someone who gained 10lbs from surgery last week and had a lot of brain talking going on.

Good morning everyone!!! I will find a picture and try to upload it. I am up 1.8 pounds this morning and not a happy camper about it. I have called my NUT to see what I need to do different.

 

QOTD- We really don't have candles anywhere in the house but we do have these big ass flash lights. We use them to make sure calves are ok when we hear coyotes howling. So I guess that would be my go to. 

B- Premier Protein shake 

L-Premier Protein Shake 

D- Grilled Chicken 

S-Cheese Stick 

S- Small Ham roll
