What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I am glad you have made a decision! I know it was a hard one, but not being able to swallow....ummm yeah you need the revision!!
You will be able to eat 2 eggs and 1oz of cheese...eventually after RNY And he doesn't think you will lose anymore weight?? hhmmmm seems crazy talk to me.
Awesome photo, and congratulations on making the decision that should resolve your acid issue. I know it wasn't an easy thing to do. Also, I've been told by IT phone dudes that the deal about letting phone batteries run down before recharging is a thing of the past. That was true in the early version of the batteries, but not now. So charge away!

I'm glad you're going to be rid of the acid problem. Ask your doctor to make a bet on if you lose weight after the revision. Make the payment 2 eggs and an ounce of cheese.
I ate 2 eggs, 1.5oz of turkey sausage with mushrooms and onions and a slice of velveeta for breakfast. It was way too much, but I did it, lol. My normal would be the same but just 1 egg.

I just want to say I am still here, just crazy crazy crazy. End of the school year with a bunch of school kids including a high school senior--in the spring with a garden-obsessed husband (and "obsessed" is an understatement, honest). It is busier than the holiday season.
Outdoor: I love kayaking. This is truly one of my very favorite activities. It nourishes me in my deepest places, plus it is a great upper body workout. I have not gone much the past two years, as I have been fighting some injuries and dealing with some difficult family issues. However, I am buying new kayak racks for my new SUV next week. I started with one kayak, then quickly bought another, because I love to take friends with me. If there is a woman I meet in my community that I would like to get to know better, I ask her to join me and it is great.
On my facebook page, I have a good photo of me kayaking on a slow mountain river. But can I find that photo on my computer to upload to OH? Nope. We upgraded our computer about that time, and must have lost a bunch of photos.
But here is an online stock photo that looks very much like me on the water:
Happy Friday, happy weekend, to everyone.
UPDATE: I figured out how to grab that kayaking photo from my Facebook page. This was back when I was heavy, but less heavy than when I had surgery. Not that you can tell from the photo! There were beavers on this river.

Happy Happy Happy Friday Gang! Sorry I am slammed at work! This will be pretty quick and I will log on later on this evening and look at pics and posts and stuff! Good luck AV with the school, I struggled in math as well as a kid, so not my thing. I feel for your little man!
QOTD: power goes out at home? Well if its during the day and the sun is shining I am fine, I would probably go for a run or something. If it was night-time well that's a different story, I would lose my mind. I am afraid of the dark, like really really afraid of the dark. So hopefully my husband would be home so he can get up and grab the flash-light and candles otherwise I would just stay put in fear. I have no emergency preparedness at all, funny though I am on that committee at work... LOL LOL

Look how cute you are with your gorgeous pups. It looks like they could take you for a walk, tiny girl. Love the garden pic. I just planted my garden boxes with veggies, herbs and tons of tomatoes. I'll have to take a picture and post this weekend. Is your whole house brick? I live in a brick house, which is very unusual in the Northwest. The only one in my neighborhood, and I love it. It is a prairie craftsman, with a big covered front porch. Pretty much my dream home.
