The dreaded stall......Any tips or tricks to make it easier?
Hello All,
3.5 Months post op and 65 pounds down, but I think I have finally hit the dreaded stall. In the last 2 weeks I have only dropped 3 pounds. I was just wondering if there are any tips or tricks out there on how others get through it. When did it hit for you and how long did it last? I work out typically 3-4 times a week and of course still on a High protein diet.
Here for any advice.
Thank you, I was worried I had did something wrong because It has slowed down from what I was use to seeing.
If you are absolutely certain about how much you are eating, there is nothing else you can do. Just give it time.

I never stalled, so I can't tell you when it hit for me...
But as others have said, if you are still losing weight, you are not stalling. Just keep swimming, you are doing fine...
But you can always benefit from taking a closer look at your diet... lots and lots of water, lots of healthy fats/protein, no pasta, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, crackers, etc etc etc...
