Not really sure why this is a thing, it's extremely unhealthy to not eat a balanced diet, especially one lacking fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy grains with low fat protein. How is cheese healthy? Or red meat? Um no thanks. Eleven years and I haven't eaten gimmick diets and don't advocate for them especially to people who need real long lasting dietary change to manage their weight. This seems pretty detrimental quite frankly.

Your opinion is your entitlement. I feel lucky to be here around these people, doing stuff like this. They are whole people, built of solid stuff. Equally content in the knowledge that this IS a family, and families try to understand one another. Not belittle each other.
When I was a child, I would always flip on the lights when I entered a room, because I was so lonely and needed attention from anything. Even if it was an angry sister.
I would venture that what I feel for certain people here is a sort of kinship. A definite admiration for many of them. I have seen you insult these very people twice now. In consecutive posts. I cannot be your friend.
It will not matter one iota to you, I know. I just had to say that.

Thank you for your post Gary, please don't fret for one minute my friend. I truly don't believe in entertaining people like her, I won't waste my time. You and I know who our "OH Family" is, its all good my friend.

Thank you Deanna, I love how fierce you are and how you tell it like it is. But don't let her vex you, she is not welcome on this post, don't let her take up any time in your life, is not worth it.
