A friend asked me to go out to breakfast...which I love, but eating a real breakfast always throws my day off... and hit anew low today, so yay! After last weeks 'gain 10lbs from surgery' it's a surprise.
Weekend at Bernie's and if anyone remembers Harold and Maude....
B: 2 eggs sunny side up, bacon, fruit
S: premier protein
L: grilled chicken, cucumber salad
S: GNC: Lean bar
D: steak
S: Greek Yogurt
Yesterday I actually ate exactly what I wrote down...that doesn't happen too often.

Doing well healing, more irritating annoying pain than acute pain...underarms are hardest because it is almost impossible not to be constantly moving them. Got a burst of energy back yesterday and was able to get a lot in order around the house....
There are a few spots that are reddish on the suture line that he told me to watch, esp. after I finish my antibiotic today...so here's to hoping they calm down.

Harold and Maude is the greatest movie! Best soundtrack and such a great cast. The scenes at the beginning when he fakes his suicides are the funniest scenes in a movie, ever.

My weight now went up .5 pounds last night - so now up 3 pounds. This is so annoying. I'm staying under calories and carbs- grrrr- patience grasshopper (as I'm telling myself)
Getting my iron checked at the hemotologist on Friday, hoping for good news.
