What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
I nearly always do my push-ups from my knees.
Plank jacks are evil. I can't do them yet. This morning some of the girls were doing a plank walk out, where they would walk the plank two steps left and then 2 steps right. i couldn't do them and stay up, so I just planked the whole time. I am getting better every work out and will try to do some plank jacks along the way.

Isn't Legally Blonde a classic too? We have seen it so much that I just assumed it must be!

That's okay! Do 5 at a time if you need to. Also, you might want to try out wall push-ups instead of on the floor to start. Just get a good lean in so you get some weight on your hands and then pushup there. It's a bit easier and still works you out. I only do 10 at a time. I just ran in the conference room here and did 10 when no one was looking. I just need 10 more to make up for missing yesterday.
I did 10 sit ups this morning with the baby sitting on my feet. I was holding one of his stuffed animals and when I sat up I made it hug him. I'll try to get 40 more in tonight.
squats are easy peasy, since I can do those while cooking dinner.
