I nearly always do my push-ups from my knees.  

Plank jacks are evil.  I can't do them yet.  This morning some of the girls were doing a plank walk out, where they would walk the plank two steps left and then 2 steps right.  i couldn't do them and stay up, so I just planked the whole time.  I am getting better every work out and will try to do some plank jacks along the way.

Wow!  I'm gone from the boards for two weeks.  Captain America movie comes out.  And you have turned into Iron [wo]Man.  Awesome.

Isn't Legally Blonde a classic too?  We have seen it so much that I just assumed it must be!

You can do whatever kind of push ups that are right for you.  The idea is to just challenge yourself a little bit.

I started Monday, but we can start from today for the boards.  So, let's all log 1500 push-ups by 6/10/2016!

Got it, 1500 push ups and sit-ups.   I can actually do this, who knew a year ago I would even attempt such a thing!

I will attempt to do it!!  I can only do a few push ups at a time, because I have always had super crappy upper body strength! lol

That's okay! Do 5 at a time if you need to.  Also, you might want to try out wall push-ups instead of on the floor to start.  Just get a good lean in so you get some weight on your hands and then pushup there.  It's a bit easier and still works you out.  I only do 10 at a time.  I just ran in the conference room here and did 10 when no one was looking.  I just need 10 more to make up for missing yesterday.  

I did 10 sit ups this morning with the baby sitting on my feet.  I was holding one of his stuffed animals and when I sat up I made it hug him. I'll try to get 40 more in tonight.

squats are easy peasy, since I can do those while cooking dinner.
