what do I do to get things started again?

ah ok. I assumed some sort of injury or physical complication. I was going to suggest alternatives dependinng on the situation. But I see that's not the case, thankfully.
Maybe the stall is stress related? I for myself run a seasonal business and the season just started. I notice that I always forget to drink and have a hard time drinking 1.5 liters of water a day..... I personally would not go lower in calories, but go higher in protein and drink more water! Good luck! Btw it would be nice if you post when the stall is over!
