Kirk Cameron turned out to be such a disappointment! Did you see his statement last week about how wives need to stay submissive to their husbands? Oy.

Good morning! Kinda out of the habit of posting since I'm at home this week still. My childhood crush was probably Fred Savage, loved that show. Kirk Cameron too.
B-premier chocolate shake (ahh, how much better is this than the variate if advantage, life changing)
L-I'm out while the cleaning lady is at my house. I cannot sit there while she cleans, seems too lazy so I will try to get some kind of soup at the local diner. Not sure what yet.
D- another soup puréed into oblivion.
Cals- have been around 800 for the past two days, these creamy soups are higher calorie, but I think I was probably eating too much of them also. I'm going to cut back to 1/2 c of them for meals. Protein is getting really close to 70, usually at 60.
Getting energy back everyday and the scale is doing crazy things. Have a great day ya'll
Consult Weight:276/Surgery Day Weight: 241.6 /Goal Weight: 150
So jealous you have a cleaning lady. I keep saying I'm going to get one, but the dog is an issue. He's been known to chew through doors when he's locked in a room, and has a terrible habit of following us around when we clean... we'd have to pay extra to deal with him :-P
Wonderful to hear you're soon so well!

I'm worth it!
Yesterday's menu would have been better if I stuck to it. Turned out the kiddos had after school stuff so I had to pick them up later than I expected. I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer and they talked me into stopping and eating out. I wanted Thai food so badly! They normally hate Thai but in honor of Mother's Day they agreed. I had Pad Thai with chicken. This was a terrible plan! It tasted wonderful...it tried to kill me. I spent the whole evening trying to recover from the dumping. Uhg. Why don't you love me like I love you Pad Thai?!?! Why?!?!
Still stalled out at 166.0. Just need to get down that last few ounces so my scale will love me again. 165 is my 100 pounds lost mark and it feels like I will never see that number. Grrr.
QOTD: Definitely had a huge crush on Ralph Macchio a la Karate Kid. So handsome. Also Robert Smith from The Cure. I was very alternative. So cool...you just don't even know. LOL
B: Chobani Simply 100
S: Sweet potato
L: Still left over Low Carb Cabbage Beef soup

Good Morning all! I'm finally climbing may way back to reality. That Gallbladder removal shook me up bad. I'm still super nauseous most the of the time. Some motion sickness bracelets are helping a little. My NP said to just try and eat what I could and not focus on too many rules right now, just try to heal, and seriously bless her for that because I was about to give up when I was able to finally keep some wheat thins down and then a thin crust pizza with just cheese and very little sauce. This is really the first bits of breading I've had since surgery and it freaked me out but as soon as I got something down after five days of nothing I started being able to eat more protein and I'm almost back to my normal diet.
We had to put our second pooch down last night so I'm having a very sad morning today, in three months we went from two large crazy dogs to none and the house is so quiet it's so sad.
My kid crush I'm not sure about, but the first tv character crush I remember was Jared Leto as Mr. Jordan Cantalano. I think that he may have cause my little bad boy streak in college. Gladd it didn't last too long.
Time since surgery: 4.5 months
B: double scoop Unjury Shake (Almost got it all down)
S: 1/2 lunchable
L: Shrimp ****tail and some fruit cup
D: Baked Chicken and Green Beans
TOTALS: Cals: 517 Protein: 79 Carbs: 30 Fat: 7
H/W 260, S/W 237, CW 140.4
Sorry for your loses. That is a big change to add to your personal changes. I hope you let yourself cry and that it gets easier day by day.
Keep you the good work on you.
