You totally have to keep an eye out for the photographers and get your run on as you pass them.  It's like a runner's rule!  They posted the pictures from the Tinker Bell 1/2 and they are not attractive.  Not sure I'll be posting those any time soon!

Good morning, thank goodness it is sunny again, but still so cold in the mornings. 

QOTD:  My first celebrity crush, was probably David Cassidy, but also adored Donny Osmond.  My first concert was the Osmond Bros concert the year Marie came out with "Paper Roses".  I was 12.  My bedroom wall was covered with pictures of Donny.

Time since surgery 1 year +

B: 2 eggs

S:  Dannon L&F banana cream

L:  Will have to get a chef salad today, ran out of the house and forgot my lunch.

Good Morning! It's warming up here in central CA and we are supposed to get high 80's today and low to mid-90's tomorrow and I am not ready for the heat! 

QOTD: Joey McIntyre-thus the keychain still on my keys :)

Time since surgery: 20+ months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, slice of bacon

L: Apple and gouda chicken sausage, carrots and a string cheese

S: SF latte, Strawberry cheesecake Greek yogurt, pork rinds and beef jerky

D: Chicken patty, carrots and SF pudding with toasted coconut

E: 6 miles this morning and elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1106 Protein:116 Carbs:76 Fat:33

Good Morning!

I finally did it. I got my rear out of bed at 5:15 A and went to the gym. I'm so glad I did, it really is what I need to do. I am much more of a morning person now, and I just lose my motivation to go by 8P at night. Most days I am VERY sedentary at work, it's not unusual to spend 4 hours a day in meetings. Today I already have more steps than I had ALL day yesterday, yikes!! I've been really wanting to do a boot camp class, so if I can do early workouts for the next month or so, I'm going to sign up!

I remember 2 big crushes as a kid: John Stamos from Full House and Jordan from New Kids on the Block. While I never saw NKOTB in concert, my parents did take me and a girlfriend to see the Beach Boys in concert...with special guest drummer, John Stamos! I remember being SO excited! Still think I have a bit of a crush on him :)

L: Low-Carb Mock Pizza
D: Homemade Swedish Meatballs, Cottage Cheese
S: Beef Stick, String Cheese

I'm going to set a reasonable goal of 2 mornings per week, and hopefully go up from there! I really do feel good, and the thought of going to the gym tonight isn't looming over my head :)

Hmmm.... two days sounds do-able. I need to try to re-frame my goals like that.  I keep thinking either workout every morning or nothing. I see the wisdom of your ways. Thanks!
