Good afternoon! I'm a day and a half behind, I've been a terrible RNY patient lately.  Work has my stress level at a maximum and I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown.  Wah wah wah. I've been eating WAY more than I should, not necessarily off plan things (well, a bit), but just substantially more than I usually do.  I see my surgeon on Thursday, so that should be interesting. I finished a work project up that I had been dreading, so now it's eating back to usual, and I have to learn to stop comforting myself with food.  Argh.

What I've eaten today, so far.  Please don't judge.

B: Starbucks protein bistro box.  Yeah, even the bread part.

L: 1/4 cup steel cut oats with the peanut butter from the bistro box

S: slice of deli ham

I know I've probably gained weight this week, Thursday's weigh in with my doc will be a real treat, I'm sure.
