What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning! Salted Caramel hot cocoa sounds delicious! I made a latte at home this morning and then left it sitting on my kitchen table. So, it was a Starbucks for me kind of morning. KQOTD - I'm with you, AV! Shaun was awesome! Years later I met his youngest brother through a mutual friend. We live not far from each other and talk on occasion. Even now, I think I would go all fan girl if I met big brother!

Good morning everyone. It is beautiful here in Portland, with a high of 80 degrees. I am so happy that summer is on its way. I need the heat! Funny QOTD. My childhood crush was absolutely Donny Osmond. Loved, loved, loved him. I met him once too. I have a picture with him somewhere. I should dig it out and post it here. I had a big 70's permed 'fro. So hot.
I am so excited that I scored passes yesterday to The Desert Trip, more commonly known as "Oldchella." I was online for 4-1/2 hours trying to get them, and nearly had a brain aneurysm, but I did get them. All of my favorite bands in one place. This will be my 12th time seeing The Rolling Stones, and I am as excited as the first time I saw them. There will be six of us going, and we have rented a house in Palm Springs for a week, so we are making it an epic vacation. Below is the link for the house:
I plan on spending all of my time by the pool.
Had a really nice weekend. A friend from Seattle came down, and we had a busy 24 hours. Went out to lunch on Saturday, and then to a dinner party that night. On Sunday, did a 5k walk to benefit a charity whose BOD I sit on. The picture below is from the walk. Behind me is another friend, Dana and her son Jake (both in red). The puggies are Winnie and Rosie. The weather was perfect, and those are sun umbrellas with Rose Haven's logo.

I hope you all are doing well. I wish I had more time to post lately but I have been getting ready for our trade shows coming up and going to meetings. I am 7 weeks sober. Which I feel amazing. Not saying that I have some demons still. I will have them forever.

So proud of your sobriety. One day at a time. XOXO
