You kicked some %$% on that run! My next one is June 11 for humane society.

My goal is to get to a 13 min mile, I'm somewhere between 15-16 now.

Note to you- try to do a run before the 5k in exactly what you will be wearing/eating/drinking and then your pants wont fall down. Maybe retire those panties too :)

Yeah, won't let that happen again.  The panties are brand new and fit well,  I think the pants were pulling them down.  I only wrote those pants because it was cool that morning and they ate the warmest I have.  Size large,  too.

Good Morning! Glad you had a nice Mother's day. My weekend was pretty good too. Did some clothes shopping Saturday (maybe a little too much!) but it was nice to take the time needed to replace some staples I needed. I did ask my hubby for no gifts since I was taking myself shopping bu the did end up buying some wireless earbuds I was wanting-I am spoiled. Yesterday was nice and relaxing so I am a happy girl this morning.  

Time since surgery: 20+ months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, slice of bacon

L: Apple and gouda chicken sausage, carrots and a babybel cheese

S: SF latte, Lemon meringue Greek yogurt, pork rinds and beef jerky

D: Grilled chicken breast, carrots and SF pudding with toasted coconut

E: 45 min stepper this morning and elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1095 Protein:121 Carbs:69 Fat:33

My mother's day was lovely, but bitter sweet. It is the last one my oldest will be home and once she is gone she is choosing to no longer be in contact with us. She has a mental disorder but I love her so much this kills me!  We went to church, lunch, shopping, napped and played some games as a family. 

Today I am starting a dietbet with another one of my sites. The pot is at over $4500! I am pretty competitive and love $$ so I really am hoping to get this train moving!!  

I am going to the gym to get a free 30 day membership so I can decide if I want to join. 

I am calling my surgeon today, over the weekend I have become convinced I have gall stone left in my ducts... Too much pain and colorless poo coupled with Google has convinced me of this. 

I am having a couple of inspire shakes

I did a few dietbets before surgery, they were fun.  But I found money didnt motivate me very much! lol
