- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
I'm so sorry about the fall, but I'm glad it just needed glue. I think it's harder on us than them.
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

Oh no! Not a good day at all. Glad her is okay, but I have to agree that it was probably worse for you than him. I don't even want to think about swimsuit shopping but I will tell you I totally spi****er at flapjacks (totally can relate!!) and you'll lose those 5 pounds-I know it. Hang in there and stay strong today.
Ok I know this is a stretch but I got myself a suit...two peice! I know...crazy right? Especially given the tummy skin sag that I've got now. BBbbbuuuttt...hear me out. It was the style of the top that made the whole thing work. Since it is a halter tie behind the neck thingy with the triangle boob holders (I'm sure that has a real name but hopefully you know what I mean) it held the flapjacks in the griddle so to speak. I was really surprised that the brief style cut bottoms allowed me to tuck in most of my tummy skin and it overall isn't horrible. Just an idea..
