QOTD: I got nothing, lol. An old hag maybe, lol.
Recooping alright. MHusband has been a real dear, bless his heart! My tummy has 6 surgical openings. Doctor said I had beautiful anatomy or insides. Doing pretty good at getting my 64 oz. of fluid in. Protein is a challenge but it will get there. I have a fear of stretching my new little pouch. Don't feel hungry at all and don't get a full feeling either. Is that normal at this early stage...not a week yet. One of the papers they sent me home with said to be careful about stretching my pouch by eating too much too soon. To eat about 2-4 Tablespoons per meal. At the same time they want me to get 60-80 grams of protein a day. Help explain this to me.
B: 3/4 cont. low fat yogurt w/ protein powder
L: Protein shake (what my tummy can handle)
D: either protein shake left over from lunch or a little cream soup.
lots of water.
