Hey Peach! For Mother's Day all I have on plan is church and then stopping by my mother in laws house and a quick stop at my sisters house. Other than that just hope to relax. Hope you enjoy your day, any special plans?

Morning everyone. Ever have one of those days when you just can't get out of bed? It's 10:30, and I've had two naps already.

I have no idea what roasted pork broccoliini is. I don't think I want to know.

No chocolate? At all?

QOTD. I laugh when people say their high school class was big at 200. My home room had over 300. My graduating class was 1,215.

6'3" tall, male.

Good morning JB and friends. 

Qotd: about 60, my whole middle school and high school had 410 kids. 

Weekend will be busy for me, this afternoon is my granddaughters 1st birthday party. Tomorrow is church, then in the afternoon we will celebrate Mother's Day at a local park. 

I'm feeling much better today, yesterday I felt weak and draggy all day. My pain is almost gone, has been 36 hours since I've taken anything for it. I'm sure this weekend will wear me out though. 

B- protein shake with water and PB2

L- broth from sweet and sour soup 

S- sugar free popsicle 

D- protein shake with water

Good morning everyone! Today is finally warm. Rodeo sucked last night and my son didn't get any points. That's not good because everyone is neck and neck with point. 

QOTD - I believe we had about 50 in my graduating class. 

B- teaspoon of eggs and half a piece of sausage. (I forgot my shake) 

L- grilled chicken and some type of veggie 

D- who knows. We will be here late

Good morning all. So much to do... It's been a busy week. My son had his confirmation on Thursday evening. We had the confirmation party at a golf club last night. It was also our 16th wedding anniversary yesterday. We have a big Mother's Day lunch planned for tomorrow. Restaurants all weekend. I'm so glad most places understand my demands (I ordered a steak sandwich, without the sandwich, and it was no problem)

We took our first family photo in a long time. I actually wanted to be in the picture. Last family pic I was in a size 24, now, size 16. I feel amazing! I tried to post a pic, but it was giant (from iPhone). Can't figure it out.

My graduating class was probably over 500. 

Food for today: 1 slice of bacon, protein coffee, protein yogurt, left over steak, shrimp.

Happy Saturday! I won't post my menu the same way I do during the week(it's a bit easier on my computer) but since I pop on to read anyways I might as well post right?!?!

Breakfast: latte, eggbeaters with cheese and bacon. Lunch: TBD since I plan on being out shopping, Snack: Greek yogurt, pork rinds, jerky and a latte Dinner: I am thinking baked chicken breast, carrots and my coconut pudding. Totals depend on what I end up eating for lunch but will stay around 1100-1200 and my run is done and vits started :)

QOTD: I think it was about 350 or something like that(is it bad that I don't know?)

Happy Saturday Everyone!

QOTD:  268 in my graduating class.  (I had to get my yearbook out and count the pictures!)  Ha Ha!

So far I've eaten a Protein shake, cottage cheese, half a hamburger and 2 string cheese sticks.  (I'm posting in the evening today).

Yesterday my daughter graduated from college and today she's flying to Washington D.C. area to visit my brother and his family for a week.  I will be spending Mother's Day with my two "doggie children". 

Happy Mother's Day tomorrow to all the Mothers out there (including dog & cat moms) and an especially Happy day to those of you whose mothers are still living.  Treasure them while you can!

QOTD: I had about 380 in my graduating class! About 1500 ish total in my high school

Everyone went to the football games to see and hear the BAND not the football players- band got so big they ended up with 2 bands! They were even in a movie.

Today we woke up with puppies, took them potty and fed them, and went back to bed. Then we met up with my mom, sister and 2 kids for lunch at the CHEESECAKE factory. Sorry had to scream the cheesecake part.  I checked the menu ahead of time so i got the chicken lettuce mexican tacos for 260 calories so went with that.

We then went to JP penney because they had a $10 off $10 coupon today so wanted to get something for free or next to free- DH found a pair of sunglasses with polarized lenses for $6 after coupons. Went to kohls and home depot (got butane for my torch) and a vice for the workshop.

 

B: 1/2 GNC choc chip protein bar decaf coffee miralax

L: chicken lettuce tacos- decaf with creamer

S: 1/2 quest cookie n cream

D: about 1 oz chicken and 2 white turkey franks
