Vits make me wanna yak

If vits sit in your pouch, they can make you feel ill. If you drink a lot after taking them, you can wash them through and probably avoid the crappy feeling.

I use Celebrate Multi Pineapple Strawberry  and Celebrate Iron +C Grape.  I like the taste for now, and I really hope that doesn't change.
