What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I was so excited to see someone from our group win the premier protein! Are you also getting the new flavor or just coupons for it?
QOTD: my family had 3 girls and so I had a hand me down. It was a 1983 Mustang LX red 2 door. I promptly crashed the passenger side 3 months after I got my license by turning in front of someone. Instead of selling the car, my dad welded the door to the frame and made me drive it like that. No one could ride with me because the metal of the wheel would scrape if someone sat on that side. It was a hunk of crap and I had to rev the engine at lights to keep it from dying. It was terrible.
My second car was a 1988 Buick century that I drove all through college.
B: 1/2 gnc advanced bar (still have a ways to go on getting through that stash of bars- have an entire box of 12 plus another 8-9 left on top of that- peppermint tea
S: other 1/2 the bar
L: leftover ribs i think or the rest of the turkey lasagna
S: not sure
D: taco bell chicken cantina bowl without rice, extra chicken, no avocado ranch sauce
Exercise: work week wind down at yoga~ my arms and legs are sore from day before yesterday but it will be fine
Good Morning Everyone!
QOTD: My first car was a green Mercury Comet. I don't remember what year it was, but this was back in the 70's. (I'm OLD!)
Rushing to leave for my daughter's Graduation so not sure what my eats will be for today.
Exercise: Walking the doggies.
Have a great day, everyone!

My first car was a blue pinto but I don't remember the year. It had been my mom's and she gave it to me when I was student teaching. Your grilled chicken sandwich sounds good AV. I think I'll get some chicken thighs out for supper. Post op 44 months and weight at 122 today. Tomorrow hubby has a cowboy shoot. If I wear my old west style clothing I'll have him take a picture for me. Exercise will be the park for 3.2 miles in a couple minutes and 30 minutes on the bike. If I feel like it,I may take a short walk after supper too. Here's the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz baked chicken thighs 1/2 c green beans S chocolate chip mission one protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make some wise choices! And here's my picture of me in my lightweight sweater at the beginning of May! Will it ever warm up?,

Good morning! Sipping water and protein shakes with water today. I've lost all the water weight from surgery Monday--I swear I had to get up and pee 5x last night.
Qotd: 1973 Chevy nova. In case you think I had a cool car, rest assured it wasn't cool in 1995. And it was poop brown lol.
