Love the sweater, I can't knit for beans, I can crochet a little, like a scarf or an afghan, but I can't do any fancy stitches.

I taught myself to crochet a few years back, it is always my "go to" when I need something quick for a baby shower etc.

I'm so impressed by people who can knit sweaters.  A friend tried to teach me once, But I was pretty hopeless.  I can crochet and love doing it in the winter.  I'm working on what I affectionately refer to as the 5-year blanket.  It's taken me a while to finish.  I got about 2 inches from finishing the main blanket and was about ready to do the border when I realized I had dropped a stitch and continued to skip the stitch so the blanket went in at an angle.  I had to rip about 2 inches out and I lost all my steam.  I really should fini**** . . . it's pretty!
