Good morning everyone! Today is warmer than yesterday thank goodness and 88 is the high for tomorrow. This weekend is rodeo weekend. Everyone is trying to get in their final points before finals and my son is in pretty close running for first. Beta Club ceremony was perfect last night. Yes I cried. She's my last baby. 

QOTD- my first car was a Honda Prelude. You could ride a month on one tank of gas and I could not blow it up no matter how hard I tried. 

B- Premier Protein Shake 

L- Grilled Chicken Breast and Squash

D- 2 oz Steak and a few pieces of salad 

I don't know how to post a picture or do my little weight tracker thing yet  that's my goal for this weekend.

Ahhhh, I missed yesterday, my life was a non-stop work project, and it will continue most likely into today.

QOTD: My first car was a 1992 Infiniti Q45, it was my grandfather's car and he gave it to me after my parent's died.  I was very spoiled, there was some definite "guilt parenting" happening.

No idea what I'm eating today, so I'll tell you what I had yesterday when I missed posting.

B: 2 slices of ham

L: 1/2 cup of spaghetti squash with a bit of sugar free spaghetti sauce

D: Cioppino - maybe 3/4 cup

S: 1/4 cup of cottage cheese

I love seeing everyone's pictures, I want to do a "before" and "now" pic to see if I can see a difference.  Be safe out there and everyone have a great day!

QOTD:  My first car was a 1974 ugly green Plymouth Valiant!  I hated that car!

B:  Leftover Frittata w/eggs, cheese, peppers, onions & sausage

S:  Muscle Milk 100

L:  Ham/Cheese rollups

D:  Meatloaf, carrots, green beans

Happy Friday gang!  I think we did decide on May 13th at "Theme" photo Friday but did we land on the actual theme????????

Yay for goodies, you deserve it AV, enjoy blending!!!!  Girl you need to update your phone, we need pics!!

QOTD: First car was a POS (piece of ****) my parents bought me and my sister to share, it was a white 1980 Chevy Chevette, standard transmission. I got my license the minute I turned 16 as we lived in the country and there was no such thing as public transit.  Lucky for me my sister never mastered the five speed and she had a boyfriend who had a car and got rides with him so the car was pretty much mine. It was so broke ass, no options at all, manual roll down windows, a brake pedal that stuck all the time, no A/C and an AM radio. But when I got my first full time job and was making some money I went out and bought a brand new off the lot 1995 Purple Grand Am Sport with all the bells & whistles, 5 speed and it went fast, I may have gotten a few really bad speeding tickets in that car, oh the good old days!

Time since surgery: 2.5 years 

B: coffee x 2 with splenda & lactose free milk then 1 can of solid white tuna over salad greens & balsamic dressing

L: exact same as breakfast

S: carrot sticks & 4 laughing cow cheese wedges (jalapeño flavour)

D: not sure its either a steak on the bbq or take out tandoori chicken I don't feel like cooking so probably the tandoori chicken

S: Light & Fit Greek yogurt coconut vanilla

S2: Kay's Naturals Protein Cookie bites - Cinnamon Almond - just tired these and they are amazing, I need to portion them out cuz they are yummy and I see it being hard to not eat the box! LOL LOL

TOTALS: 1110 calories, 131 protein, 55 carbs, 45 fat

V/W: vits are done, calcium is on alarms, lots of coffee/tea/ and water with sugar free cranberry juice

E: 5km run on lunch, 5km hike with dogs later tonight when the sun goes down and its a bit cooler for them.
