I live in a little hick town in South Carolina. We have one red light and everywhere else is cows lol!

Morning Gang! Its Thursday already!  Short Work weeks are killer sometimes with loosing time! Sorry I have been MIA, I was at a conference on Tuesday and could not post, yesterday was my first day back in the office and it was a crap storm of emails, phone calls, co workers stopping by to say hi and "see my tan" LOL

AV YAY on little man winning last night!  You must get us some pics of him, he is so damn cute!  I love that you make your own honey, I am a huge "bee" fan and I go kinda crazy when I see people swatting at them and trying to kill them, unless you are highly allergic and will die from a bee sting then leave them alone, they are just doing their thing!   Oh man, an embedded thorn in your hand, ouch, hope its not infected! Poor guy, glad its getting looked after!

QOTD: I have on a grey short sleeve turtle neck sweater, black dress slacks and my fav grey suede 4" stilettos.  My top is a slim cut and hugs my body, every time I wear this I get a gazillion comments of "you are too skinny, stop losing weight".  Its the top, trust me its the top and because its a slim cut it makes me "look skinny", I swear, and so I don't wear it often because the comments drive me crazy.

Hey AV have we decided on a "Theme" for May Photo Friday? Did this get discussed and I missed the post?  What date and what is our theme?

And one other question for you all, should we do another "challenge" you know like how we did A-MAW? I am thinking we should and it should involve meat & cheese, what say you peeps?

And question for the gang, is anyone's allergies bad already? Mine are!  And for my fellow dog owners, are your pets suffering? I have already had to start to take allergy meds I am sneezing like crazy and itchy eyes already. And my poor dogs!!  My female scratched so long and so hard the other night she literally left a pile of dog fur on the floor the size of a small dog! They are going to the vet in two weeks for the yearly shots and check up gotta see what they can take for the allergies, its bad this year. And the shedding, OY VEY, its off the charts this year. Have brushed my two every day since we got home on Sunday and the hair just keeps coming out!  Here is a pic of Amy getting brushed by hubby last night, we take them to the park and do it there so the fur can fly all over there and not the house! 

Time Since surgery: 2 & 1/2 years

B: coffee X 2 with splenda and lactose free milk then 1 can of tuna over a bed of greens with balsamic dressing

L: 1 can of tuna over a bed of greens with balsamic dressing

S: carrot sticks with four laughing cow cheese wedges

D: 5oz of bbq grilled steak over a bed of salad greens

S: Light & Fit Greek Yogurt - Coconut Vanilla

S2: 8 shrimp with spicy ****tail sauce

V/W: vits are done, calcium on alarms, lots of coffee, tea and water with cranberry juice

E: 5km run on lunch, 5km hike with dogs when I get home from work

TOTALS: 1100 calories, 140 protein, 46 carbs, 42 fat

I'm right there with you on the dog shedding- our 4 are shedding up a storm. Even the new street rat is shedding like crazy!

She is a mess and carries the shedded fur that I have just taken off of her in her mouth and plays with it. she is a loon

 

Hi Daisy,

Blossom and Tippy have been itching a lot and I was wondering about allergies.  I have both of them on Frontline so it can't be fleas.  Blossom hasn't started shedding yet, but with all her hair, I'm sure it's going to be a furry mess!

if Blossom is anything like my two be prepared to sweep daily and haul out the good vacuum weekly, at least it doesn't last forever LOL

Yes sounds like they have the allergies too, glad you have them on Frontline that's a good one.
