Good morning. AV, hope your husband's surgery goes (went?) well! KQOTD - My office is super casual (particularly for a law firm) so today I have on a pair of distressed (and when I say distressed, I mean with holes and an unfinished hem) jeans, white sweater with pink and black stripes, a cardigan over that with our firm's logo embroidered on it (my firm two times a year purchases clothing with the logo on it. You can get two shirts an order. Because this last order cycle was my first, I got 3 shirts and a sweater. So I have 2 polo shirts (blue and white), one button down oxford (a reddish pink) and the sweater (basic black) I figure one more ordering cycle and I won't have to think about what to wear anymore) and black flats. I was NOT feeling it this morning and I look the exact opposite of fierce!
Time since surgery - 724 days, but who's counting
My plan:
B: Overnight oats with a tbs of peanut butter and a tbs of sugar free strawberry jam, homemade latte with 4 oz fairlife milk
L: Chicken breast (4.3 oz), edamame
D: New York Strip and salad
S: Light and Fit, Latte
Totals: Cal.: 936; Protein: 104g; Fats: 27g; Carbs 59g (high for me, but I'm carb loading for the half marathon on Sunday . . . not really but it sounds good . . . I may have to eliminate the second latte, sigh)

I love that you have an "office" wardrobe with all the firm's logo's on it. I wish I had a "uniform" and didn't have to spend a ton of money on clothes and shoes!!
Of course carb load, ummm remember you are doing a half marathon on Sunday, that is so not an excuse, its a must! LOL
I can't remember if it was yesterday or a few days ago you mentioned that you had a sore left hamstring, I do too, I forgot to post about what do you do to help heal that up other than rest? I am not used to running on beach sand and I used a total different set of muscles last week in Florida and now my leg ham is tight and not happy with me at all! Did you get your water bottle thing sorted out?

Oh, I still spend a ton on clothes and shoes! The "uniform" is nice, but there are days I want to wear regular clothes. On those days, I'm still pretty casual though. I think they would look at me like I was crazy if I wore a pair of heels on days I'm not in court!
The hamstring is still tight. I've been foam rolling like a maniac and I'll take a class tonight with a good stretch at the end. I ordered the same belt I already have from Amazon Prime and with 2-day shipping it should get here by tomorrow. Thanks for asking!!
