What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

I've heard it referred to Oldchella too.  Hey, I'm old so I don't mind.  In fact, I am super happy about that because I am hoping it means that there will be more goods and services to make us old baby boomers happy and comfortable.  Digging around in the dirt for 3 days is not my idea of fun.  Comfortable seating, clean restrooms and a beer/wine garden is my idea of fun.
