Congratulations, and glad you are feeling better.  Take it easy and pamper yourself for these first few days.  You deserve it, and you will need all of your focus on getting your water and protein in.  Also, don't forget to walk.  It will make you feel better and more "human."  I had friends that came over to walk me around the block.  Really was nice.  Welcome to your new, amazing life!

Good morning!  It's Wednesday and the only positive thing I can say is that the Farmer's Market is today so FRESH CHEESE CURDS!!  YAY!

QOTD: The weekend after Thanksgiving we always put up the Christmas tree.  I turn on Christmas music and the kids and I put the tree together (fake), my husband strings the lights and then the kids hang all the ornaments.  It's a good time.  Also, each year we have an extended family picnic at my parents.  The highlight of the afternoon is a trap shooting tournament.  The winning team even gets the annual trophy.  Yup, I grew up in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin...

Time since surgery: 22+ months

B: Coffee with cream and cream of wheat with Unjury

S: CHEESE CURDS!!

L: Rotisserie Chicken

S: SF Latte

D: I really want chicken cordon bleu (need to find some or a good recipe, anyone?)

S: Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sammy

W/V: Started

E: 45 min run

Because I'm lazy, I like the Barber Farms Seasoned Selects Chicken Cordon Bleu.  It's the kind that's not breaded, so one piece is 220 calories with 27 grams of protein.
