JB and I stopped for gas and dinner at the Elevation Burger you mentioned at the Maryland House rest stop Monday night. Very good burger, and real cheese too. 

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

Good morning everyone. I got to come home last night from the hospital and am doing fine. 

Todays menu will be brought to you by new whey protein shots and water. I may even sneak in some sugar free jello. Very exciting! 

Qotd: at Christmas we load up everyone in the car in our pjs and go look at lights. We just drive around and around and sometimes get hot chocolate etc. I think this year I'm going to host a Halloween party since I only have two kiddos left who are young enough to trick or treat.

Yummy!  Get those liquids in and try to walk lots!!  Always nice to be at home :)

YAY for being home!!!  I am glad you are feeling better!  Keep up with your fluids, walk walk walk, rest and get in as much protein as you can.  Take it slow!  You are doing great
