One month surgiversary!

Hi friends;

Well, at this time one month ago I was getting ready to go to the hospital. It's been an interesting time ever since.

Ever since pushing myself to have at least 60 oz of fluid a day, I feel better.

The wildest thing I've done so far is I drank decaf coffee 2 days before I was supposed to. I'm a rebel :)

Stats:

Highest ever weight: 301 lbs

Surgery weight: 290 lbs

Current weight: 259.6 lbs

Total weight lost from highest weight: 41.4 lbs

Total weight lost since surgery: 30.4 lbs

I'm so glad I found this group; it's been so supportive and I look forward to being successful.

Congrats! Yahoo so happy for you! WOW down 30lbs  in a month is outstanding!

Yes as hard as it is in the beginning do work on getting in your fluids, you will feel so much better if you do.  I to struggled in the early days to get my fluids in and there were for sure days I was dehydrated and as soon as I "got the hang of it" and started drinking more I just continually felt better and better.

Hope you will stick around and keep us posted on your journey, you are doing awesome!!

Best of luck!
