I was a skinny teenager and after having 3 children, all over 9 pounds, I weighed 135 pounds. My husband told me I was too fat to be seen with him. I should be ashamed to even leave the house. Guess I showed him what day was when I was 300. First I lost 160 Him!!! But took me many many years to love myself enough to get healthy. Guess we all have our story :-( love your poem
