Morning gang! I'm exhausted. Long weekend, lots of work, lots of driving, little sleep. I'm just going to crash today, and I have no idea what I even have for food.

QOTD: when I was 4, I bonked my older sister on the head with a kid's hammer. In fairness (to me), she was being kind of annoying. That was when I learned real life was not like a Road Runner cartoon. I still got walloped by my mother, even though there was surprisingly little blood.

Here is another pic of JB and I on vacation. No wonder I'm so exhausted.

Even though I don't have RNY I love reading the menu and qotd posts.. this post gave me such a flash back.

I did something similar to my sister. I somehow managed to talk her into climbing into the clothes dryer (she was six, I was 10) and turned it on.. but I gave her a hammer to "bang" in case she got scared and wanted out. Well, when I turned the dryer on she lost her grip on the hammer and all I heard was, tumble tumble rumble bang OW

As wrong as it is.. it still cracks me up to this day, thanks for the chuckle today!

you two are so friggin cute I can't stand it!  I am not sure if I love the fact Grim that you and my hubby must share the same brain or at least have the exact same sense of humor or if I am highly disturbed by this...let me explain...

last week in Florida as hubby and I went out to a restaurant we saw this sign:

hubby may have started to pantomime "speed humping" as we walked down the sidewalk and gives me the "wink wink nudge nudge" look, thought you would appreciate that and get a laugh!!!

that's what I thought...

JB and I might need to put you two on a leash, you know the ones that parents put on their unruly kids who like to run out into traffic, what are they called... like a kid harness?

Oh wait, you two guys would probably like that ha ha ha

Yes you are right, won't let you guys out of our sight LOL LOL

QOTD: Man I was so perfect growing up I can't think of anything. lol- I was a child that was very accident prone though, Once I was getting a pumpkin out of the back of our van (a cool tan conversion one with tables and swivel chairs) and I twisted my ankle and fell and the pumpkin went rolling down the street. I tore the ligaments in that ankle and wore a cast for a while. My ankle still pops to this day...

So, my plans for today include working, jogging (either in neighborhood or at high school) and making salmon for dinner. DH freaked out because there wasn't "food" in the house. He was like- I have a regular stomach and it needs food. He really just meant he was out of snacks like yogurt, clif bars, chips etc. We had chicken, turkey lasagna, ribs in fridge but apparently that wasn't 'food' RE: SNACKS so he couldn't eat it.  So went out and got "food".  BTW- oikos triple zero now has a chocolate flavor~!!!

B: 1/2 gnc advanced bar, decaf

S: 1/2 gnc bar

L: Ribs or chicken

D: Salmon/broccoli

Tuesday is Monday's revenge. I like that picture, Grim and JB, cute sign.

QOTD: I was mad at my ex boyfriend and picked a ton of poison oak (wearing gloves and protective trash bags) and ran the leaves through a fruit juicer. I put the liquid in a squirt bottle and sprayed all the stuff he had at my house prior to returning it. Lemme tell you, that spray was like liquid herpes, it was oily and noxious and spread everywhere. I was a real peach when I was 16.

11 weeks post op:

B: boiled egg

L: 1/2 cup of chili

S: Fat and Sugar free Greek yogurt

D: unsure....

Everyone have a great day and stay away from poison oak!

I also jumped off our second story balcony with an umbrella after I watched Mary Poppins. I'm telling you, I'm full of ignorant stories of my childhood. I was a total moron.
