Nausea!!!!
I got dehydrated after my gallbladder surgery. I was nauseous, dizzy, head was pounding and general felt like poop. I called my surgeon's nurse and she talked me through hydrating via 1 5ml 'shot glass' every five minutes for one hour using a timer on my phone. Once I got enough water in I felt 100% better. It was pretty magical. The nausea went away and I was back to normal in just a few days.

post anesthesia, pain pills, dehydration - all of them cause nausea in me...
The more nauseated I got the less I could drink - the worse it got.
When I was recovering from any surgery - taking a simple benadryl with a narcotic pain pill really helped my nausea.
