I lost 80 lbs and my shoe size stayed the same.

Good morning, I laughed so hard when I read this lol lol.  I went from a size 9 to a size 7!!

The other day I had to go to work with flip flops because none of my shoes fit.  Prior to surgery-1 year ago my feet and ankles were all 1, very swollen and fat.  Now they actually look like feet.

I was a 10.5 before, I was a 10.5 after.  My ankles and width shrunk, but sadly I was still doomed to Internet shoe shopping :(

One of the reasons I like Nike... they still carry 10.5 in their outlet stores :)

At least it's better now than when I was a kid, pre-Intarwebs.  I was a 10.5 at age 12, and I remember crying in stores because they never carried half sizes after 10 except in "granny shoes"....

I was very shocked when I realized my feet had shrunk. I figured id go down in width, but length? nope did not see it coming. I know you love your boots and shoes, but I"m sure you'd rather lose weight and have your boots not fit than not  lose weight :)

My size didn't change except that I'm no longer a wide. I also had wide calf boots that are too big for me now. So I went from a 9W to a 9, not a huge difference.

Still an 8.5. Used to be an 8.5 W now just an 8.5. Strappy sandals that used to "cut" no longer do so.

Have lost over 200lbs and am still a size 12. A thinner size 12, but squarely a size 12....More choices because my feet aren't as wide.
