1 year anniversary
1 year out and I am now 174 lbs lighter. My husband got back from deployment yesterday, I was over 80lbs heavier when he left 7 months ago. It was so much fun seeing his face when he saw me :D I went from a size 30 jean to size 12, a 3x shirt to a large, and 9.5w shoes to 7.5. I would make a longer more thoughtful post, but I'm too busy enjoying time with my husband! The journey is long and hard, but it is worth it. Few more lbs I'd like to lose, and then I get to join the others on the maintenance train. Life is good :) Here's a before and after :)
