What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
QOTD: I would say hot dogs over hamburgers- I don't eat them as much and I do like a good one.
This weekend we have two things going on- tomm we are going to sister in laws house for lunch (she is making lasagna, I'm making turkey lasagna with spaghetti squa**** is about an hour 1/2 away so that will be fun. Dropping some clothes off by my sister along the way that she may buy.
Sunday is the 5k- still calling for rain and I really want to go but DH said he wouldn't let me run with thunder etc. No use getting killed. We will see hot it goes.
Saw a copperhead yesterday while running so my days of jogging on the street are over I think it was 2 1.2 feet long- brown and fast. If that truck wasn't coming at the same time it started moving not sure I would have seen it- yikes!!. I will start to jog at the high school once school is out which is soon.
I decided I really want to do the $60 first month at the yoga place. it is their special for new customers. Now i just need to 'find' that $60! lol
Big news!
I get to eat solids again today!!!
B: yogurt
L: chicken (made an entire chicken in the instant pot last night with curry, spices , etc)
D: not sure yet

I'm in North GA. Fairly common here in the country areas. We usually put out moth balls outside the perimeter of our fence (away from our 4 pups for safety).
They seem to help keep them away. I'm always scared though that one of our pups will get bitten and die, especially the new stray who likes to chase anything that moves in the yard. She hops across the grass like pepe le peu after butterflies, jellowjackets, whatever.
Happy Friday Everyone!
QOTD: Hamburger or better yet, Steak!
My menu will include an egg, cottage cheese, protein shake, string cheese sticks, a muscle tech mission 1 bar (couldn't find Quest bars) and not sure what else yet.
Exercise: Taking Tippy and Blossom for a walk.
Here's a kind of blurry picture (daughter took it on her cell phone) of me in my recliner with our new rescue doggie, Blossom, on my lap.
Have a great day and a wonderful weekend, everyone!

You and Blossom look great! How is she adjusting? And you are right, steak over hamburger for sure LOL
I personally don't like the Quest bars, I think me and JB are the only two who don't. Only buy one when you do find them in case you don't like them. I actually have not found a protein bar I like. The only thing I like is KIND bars, and its not a "protein bar" per se, but the dark chocolate one has a tiny bit of protein and they are yummy.
