OMG. Your kids are ADORABLE. They look incredible. Good luck for surgery Monday! You have been doing SO well. It will go great, and you will be around many, many, many years for all of your gorgeous kids :) I will be thinking of you!

Happy Friday! I have a jam packed day and heading out of work a bit early to make my daughters softball game and I have a TON to do at work today. Hope you enjoy the relaxing weekend Kristen!

Time since surgery: 20 months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, slice of bacon

L: Apple and gouda chicken sausage, carrots and a string cheese

S: SF latte, Raspberry Greek yogurt, a boiled egg and beef jerky

D: Chicken patty, carrots and SF pudding with toasted coconut

E: 45 min stepper this morning and elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track
